Absolutely. Once the Woolwax coating has settled for a few weeks, you can safely take your vehicle through regular car washes—including undercarriage sprays—without affecting the protection. Woolwax is extremely dense and built to withstand harsh conditions, including salt, brine, and road chemicals. While we don’t recommend power-washing the undercarriage, standard wash systems won’t make a dent in the coating. Woolwax is made to last and won’t wash off—even after repeated exposure to winter roads.

Yes—we get this question all the time. Woolwax is compatible with virtually all annual maintenance coatings, including other non-drying products. Its lanolin base creeps through existing layers to reach the bare metal underneath, providing excellent long-term corrosion protection.
